Overview
Circulo’s new portal was designed to bring quality healthcare closer to Medicare patients, emphasizing ease and accessibility. As the lead Product Designer, I created a membership portal that allowed new patients to connect with their PCPs, manage appointments, and complete onboarding tasks before their first visit.
Objectives
Enable patients to complete onboarding forms and surveys online to reduce time spent during in-clinic appointments.
Design a responsive, mobile-friendly interface that mirrors the luxury and comfort of Circulo’s physical clinic experience.
Make the platform intuitive and accessible to encourage new patients to sign up with ease.
Key Challenges
Before the portal, new patients faced extended appointment times due to on-site forms and health history reviews. The challenge was to balance the thoroughness of Circulo’s intake process with patients’ desire for quicker, more convenient visits.

Profiles are designed to include relevant health information and easy navigation for users of all comfort levels with technology.
Mobile-Friendly Appointment Scheduling
A streamlined scheduling system with larger clickable areas and clear CTAs, allowing patients to efficiently book appointments from any device.
Online Questionnaires
Patients could complete required health surveys prior to their visit, reducing on-site appointment times and enabling PCPs to review histories in advance.
Internal Testing and Validation
We gathered ongoing feedback from both healthcare staff and patients to refine the portal’s usability.
